Terms and Conditions

  1. Age: Drivers have to be at least 21 years old to rent a scooter, 23 to rent a car and 25 rent a car of category E and F.
  2. Driver’s License: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required. For non-Europen citizens wishing to drive in Europe, an international driving license is required.
  3. Minimum Rental: One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/4 of daily rate.
  4. Traffic Fine: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are paid separately by the renter.
  5. Insurance: All authorised driver’s QUATTRO vehicles are covered against fire, theft and liability, to third parties (Excluding passengers in QUATTRO vehicles) for death, injury or damage to property.
  6. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): Renters can waive their responsibilities to the amount of 450€ by paying the amount of 12€ for the categories A,B 16€ for the categories C,D provided that the damage is not caused by violation the Traffic Regulation Code. For the categories E,F, renters can waive their responsibilities to the amount of 900€ by paying the amount of 25€ provided that the damage is not caused by violation the Traffic Regulation Code.
  7. Taxes: All rates subject to 24% VAT.
  8. Gasoline: Gasoline consumption is paid by the renter.
  9. Ferrying the Car: An advance written authorisation from QUATTRO is required.

Can I pick up or return my vehicle at any time?

Our working hours are between 8:30 to 20.30. For any pick-up or return beyond the working hours, the renter is charged with the amount of 20€.

Payment Policy

Prepayment: 30%

30% of the total amount of the reservation is charged to your credit card at the time of booking

Reservation is not valid until you fulfill the payment.

Cancellation Policy

A booking can be cancelled 7 days before the start of the rental. In the event of cancellation, the payment already made towards the rental will be paid back. Any cancellations issued 7 days or less from the rental date will not be refunded.
